Hey guys!

I know it took so long for me to blog but honestly it is so hard to find enough time to actually write. Well I'm at IHOP here in Kansas City as planned. I've been here for a whole 2 weeks and I have survived! My day usually consists of waking up at about 2:30 or 3. Having dinner, some classes, and then the prayer room from anywhere to 6-9 hours. I've already gotten use to the nocturnal lifestyle.

I share a room with 3 other amazing girls. I've known them for 2 weeks and we're already attached by the hips. So I'm in with the internationals. Ya that was a surprise when I got here, finding out I needed a visa and all haha.. but it all worked out! So theres Caitlin who is from Michigan (she's the only one from here), Gemma from England, and Julie from Austrailia. And then my core leaders are two amazing people aswell. Ya I liked them right away.

Now for the prayer room. I don't even know where to start. It is like....Hooooly. Literally. The worship is in line with the intercession which is agreed by the entire room. Like you walk in knowing that you are attached to everyone in the room by prayer. It's intense. And everything that is done is in line with God's word. So basically you can't go wrong. Also it is constantly broadcasted on GodTV. So yes, my face has probably been broadcasted to the ends of the earth by now. It was nerve recking at first, but you just gotta suck it up and realized your serving something much bigger!

Oh my goshh! I almost forgot! The day me and Rachelle got here, like the first thing we did.. was... SAW STARFIELD!! haha they were play at the OneThing conference, and it basically was like we walked into the building, heard 'My Generation' playing and raaan to the front. It was a nice' Welcome to IHOP' for me. :)

Well I'll probably have tons more to tell you next time I blog. Right now we're in the middle of a 3 week Divine Experiment. It basically is a fast for everything I rely on besides God. For example, facebook, spending money, make up, hair whatever, food, ..and it is totally bringing me closer to God. Its focus is on prayer, repentance and seeking God's face. Also, every Friday I'll being on a silent seige in front of an abortion clinic. It's basically were you stand there for a few hours with red tape on your mouth with the words life on it. God has really given me a heart for the aborted babies. And I've been getting a heart for the salvation of Israel. Ahh theres so much to tell! like I had no idea about Israel and God's glory through that nation. It's pretty intense. But I'll tell more next time. I have dinner in like... ahh now. haha

If you didn't know, I'll be at IHOP in Kansas City for the ENTIRE summer. Its totally gunna kickass .. but I'm definatly gunna miss my league of superhero friends :(

I think I'll leave here like the 27th or something, so make sure we hang out before then!!

wow guys... I didn't realize I haven't posted in so long. eek..Well on the upside, I updated my profile! I really don't enjoy writing profiles, so this to me would be a great accomplishment. In a normal conversation I don't mind saying what I like and what I don't like and what I do and what I don't do. But then when an 'About Me' sections comes by, I'm always blank for words.
Anyway, I see that I last left off during my fast. That actually went extremely well. It lasted for 15 days and then God's unbelievably perfect timing came when I was told to stop. If it didn't end when it did, there no doubt I would've passed out in the ripples of a mosh pit the next day.
Right now I've got a lot of free time on my hands. So if you, like me, have nothing to do, give me a call! I might have a car that day and who knows where that could take us :)

So ya.. my juice fast began on Monday.. I'm totally stoked about whats gunna happen. If you have a few seconds in your day pray for me and for the Kingdom of God to show up in the impossible places.

Honestly guys, it's like God gave us the power to change this world. We have all been hand-picked by God Himself. But by not taking authority with that is like throwing away a blessing. It hurts to know that I totally disregarded that. I think it's about time we put all our personal pleasures behind us and start to run with what we have. There are souls dying out there right next to me.. I just can't live what that anymore.

soo ya .. I haven't posted in a while. I tried aiming for that 2 month mark, but being the genius that I am.. I missed it by 2 days. eer ... but ya I guess I'm just not one for blogging (sorry Nicole) I either write something short and pointless .. or write so much that I put people to sleep. However, I don't want to delete my blog .. haha .. I'm really wondering what this is gunna sound like in the morning .. my final point is I prefer talking in person and such. Well, considering I waited til 2:00am to discover that my homework isn't about to do itself.. I'm out..kudos! :)

I haven't posted in a while-I guess it's about time I update my blog. I don't have a whole lot to say..I just had a crazy week which I managed to come out of alive. I'm glad thats over with. It had its highlights though.
On Tuesday I went to Angelina's school in Oakville because our YN band was doing worship for an assembly there and Anthony was speaking. I figured I'd tag along since It'd be soo much better than school. And I was right-it was amazing! Everything rolled over smoothly and Angelina said it was the best assembly their school has ever had. At the time I really wished I went to a christian school, but now thinking it over, not going to a christian school gives me soo many more oppurtunities to tell everyone about my best friend and His awesome plan for them:)
Last night at youth was soo good. Yet another highlight of my week! Dance is getting more difficult but its turning out awesome. Since its more of a dramatized dance rather than just a dance, I think it'll reach out to more people for fresh wind. Yup, another thing I'm looking forward too. I've got a lot of good things going on.
There's also New Orleans which is 14 days away...and counting! All you have to do is talk to me for 2 minutes to know how excited I am about that. The day after I come back from that I'm going to an Oasis concert...hopefully I'll have enough energy on top of the withdrawal of New Orleans.
What else....oh ya I just finished a reallly good book-The Oath by Frank Peretti. I would have to say he's my favourite author, his books amaze me every time. I'm slowly making it though his whole series, I think my next one will be This Present Darkness. Ya I get excited about reading a good book...I'm a nerd, so what. But anyways, for not having a lot to say I ended up writing my longest blog entry haha So I guess this is me signing off! God Bless <321

Valentines Day

Happy Valentines Day!! I completly forgot about it this morning when I woke up but then when I got to school and everyone was in pink and red - I remembered. The school council did this event where for only today you can be out of uniform to wear either and pink, red or white shirt. So my school looks all pretty today:) Anyways, I'm not a big fan of Valentines day I guess you could say. Maybe I just don't completly understand why the media finds the need to make a day where you remember to love the people that mean the most to you. Industries and the media tend to use this holiday, that originated with a good cause, to make a profit. Maybe if Valentines Day wasn't so tainted it I would enjoys it a bit more. But on the up side, enjoy your days and I love you alll! xxoo

This morning

So anyways...today was an intresting day. I woke up late at 7:45 only to find out the the car door was frozen shut this morning. So I was literally only 5 mins late for class, but my teacher wouldn't open the door for me!! The guy I was stuck outside with said we'd be here for half an hour-ish...so I just went home. meh I was tired. I ended up going back at 11:40, but I didn't miss anything since I have second spare and the first lunch. The only thing is my teacher saw me so I might be in trouble tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to that too much. But I really don't think I did anything wrong...I wasn't about to stay in the hall for half the period. You would've done the same right?

eeh...so I signed up for this like last June or something and I finally decided to use it! Its kinda really rushed and crap at the moment but I plan on making it look pretty:) I just have too many sites to keep up with and ...ahhh who am I kidding I'm just trying to make excuses for my laziness. I guess I'm just not the kinda person to talk about myself and then theres always the...'well I have nothing intresting to say'...but I'll get into it eventually. First I gotta learn how to work this thing. Shouldn't be too hard. If you've got any tips lemme in on them:P Soooo my day..hmm kinda boring. Well I just finished jabbing plyers (sp?) into my ear to adjust an earring and it starting bleeding and what not. Its kinda stinging. I did some homework...man I hate calculus and I've only been in that class for one day. I went to church this morning and it was really good. I got a lot out of it today. Church has slowly evolved to the highlights of my week:) And yes I know I'm abusing the privilages of the smiley faces but its my page...I make the rules and why not im happy!:D Ohh man I almost forgot...theres this amazing song that I got from Jason Wade's youth group back when he was like 16 (Jason, lead singer of Lifehouse if ya didn't know) and I fell in love with it and now it actually might get played in youth group friday nights!!! ahhh there's a bit or craziness in all of us;) Anyways thats the end of my blog for today.
